How can I register?
You may register on-line from 1st Feb. 2008, or through the mail immediately if you'd like to register now. Fill in the forms for Mail-in Registration and post.

When should I register?
You will save money by taking advantage of the early bird registration. To qualify, the mail in registration form must be postmarked 31 March or earlier. On-line registration must be submitted for Pay Pal processing before the end of the day on 31 March. On and after 1 April, registration fees will increase by $50. We will accept mail-in and online registrations for applications postmarked 30 June and earlier. Between 1-15 July, last minute entrants will only be accepted with a late fee penalty of a further $50. Registration will close earlier if manageable numbers for the Convention are reached beforehand.

Is online registration better than mail-in registration?
We offer On-line (soon) as well as Mail-in forms for registration and payment. However the mail-in form for registration and payment is preferable, since we are charged a commission on each online transaction. Mail-in registration requires payment by check and your registration will be confirmed when your check has cleared. The amount should be in US $ or CD $ only. Please note that Mail-in registrations postmarked 15 July and later will not be accepted. On-line registration will be accepted until end of the day on 15 July, 2008.
