Each one of us can write - some a little easier than others! Sit down at your key-board and sketch a little vignette for our Convention souvenir - something uniquely Goan, perhaps our beautiful heritage, a rare recipe, a secret health cure, a whiff of religion, some forgotten bit of history, a gust of gossip, a glimpse of spirituality?

If you've moved away or were born abroad or lived in the diaspora, as millions of Goans have and do, then you obviously have heaps of experiences to share with our world - unforgettable characters you've come across, experiences you've shared, adventures you've had, perhaps life-changing or deeply moving...

What do you think of our literature and our customs? Does the lilt and swell of our language fascinate you and the rhythmic jingle of our phrases tickle your fancy? Do Konkani tiatros fascinate you, their witty sarcasm make you double helplessly in the aisles in stitches? A witty bit of Goan doggerel, an old romantic poem? Do Alexyz or Subodh Kerkar inspire you to sketch the most delicious and wicked cartoons?

Perhaps some trivia or family heirlooms you'd like to write about - old photos or pressed flowers, or earthen implements, antique crockery and cutlery from old Portuguese times stashed in voluminous cabin trunks in a cobwebbed attic? Whatever you can turn your mind and pen or keyboard to, we'd love to hear it, and our international readers would absolutely die for. Bring Goa and our long and fascinating history of culture and adventure to life for millions around the world!
